  6. Simple commands to open library and device files. There are many programs like openlib, they do exactly the same.
  7. The new things is a possibility to enter minimum version of library (not device, unfortunately) and to close
  8. library/device after opening. Both programs are written in 100% in assembler and require OS2.00 (V36)
